The longest Tenjinbashi-suji,shopping street 天神橋筋商店街

Before, when a Vienna chorus appeared on TV, an emcee asked them「where do you want to go to in Japan? 」
Because the broadcast place was Tokyo, I thought that surely they wanted to go to Harajuku or Shinjuku in Tokyo to answer it.
But, one of them answered「I wanted to go to Osaka大阪.」 They were interested in the Nanba難波 or the underground shopping Umeda梅田. haha(^▽^)
I did not think that I heard those places. I have laughed unintentionally.

In Namba難波, the place is broadcasted well on TV at a symbolic place of Osaka大阪. It is a image that Umeda is more modern than Namba, and is stylish? Okonomiyaki shop and takoyaki shop etc... many restaurants form a line in Namba.
Because there was my parents' house in Osaka, I often went to Namba in old days.

But now, because my house is nearer to Umeda than Namba, I often go to Umeda梅田.
Each neighboring stations are connected in a basement around JR Osaka Station. Many buildings are connected directly in the basement, too. Many shops form a line underground. I go to there for shopping, too. They would want to enjoy it to see them.

There is a 天神橋筋商店街Tenjinbashisuji, shopping street in Osaka else.
I went to there the other day.
It is the Japan's longest shopping street .The length is 2,6 kilometers.
There is the shop where I left an old feature and many small shops crowd and are interesting.

I dropped in at 大阪天満宮Osaka Tenman-gu Shrine near the shopping district.

The shopping street continues straight ,crossing some roads.
