The supper of my home ~Deep fried Tohu 揚げ出し豆腐agedasi-dohu


Many Japanese love tofu.
We well just eat directly.
We sometimes burn them or fry them ,too.

cut tohu into the suitable size.
fry tofu added wheat flour or dogtooth violet starch to.
I often use potato starch.
And pour Japanese soup stock.
(The soup stock seasoned with soy sauce and sweet rice cooking wine etc.)


it's a good taste.
