supper Egg food~quiche & 茶碗蒸しCHAWAN-MUSHI~

KONNICHIWA!:D   It is fine,today.(KYOU-HA HARE DESU)
In spite of the rainy season(梅雨TSUYU), it is often fine.

At the night of Sunday, we went to watch a firefly(蛍:HOTARU) near.
It was small, but the bright fluorescent color was very beautiful.


It isn't put on a blog so much, but I also make sometimes cooking except Japanese-style dishes.
I made a quiche and pasta on that day.


The cooking on the left back is a 茶碗蒸しCHAWAN-MUSHI.
......a custard-like egg and vegetable dish steamed in a cup. ...I translated it. Then It's totally strange.
~~mix an egg and Japanese bouillon and seasoning. put shiitake(japanese mashroom) and a lobster or chicken etc.in a container. poured mixed egg mixture in it, and steam it. ~~
very good taste.
